During the session, I will guide participants in making fresh pasta, from the dough to different shapes, combining technique, curiosity and tasting moments.

For off-site or international masterclasses, travel and accommodation will be covered by the client.

At the end of the activity, I will leave the kitchen perfectly clean, ensuring a professional and enjoyable experience in every detail.
