I’m Ylenia Parente, 28 years old, and I’ve been living the kitchen with passion, skill, and curiosity for over 12 years. My roots run deep in Sardinia — among floured hands and family memories — but my journey has taken me far, into many different kitchens and dining experiences. As a Private Chef, I craft bespoke culinary experiences for villas, yachts, and private events, taking care of every detail with elegance and discretion. As a Pasta Maker, I preserve the tradition of fresh pasta, reinterpreting it with creativity through masterclasses and collaborations across Italy and abroad.

For me, cooking is a universal language of authenticity, warmth, and memory — a way to tell our story, one dish at a time.

At the end of each meal, we discussed the next day’s menu together. The menu was quite varied.

We asked her to repeat some of our favorite dishes. It was wonderful to enjoy so many Sardinian specialties. Her dishes were always a highlight of the day. Ylenia was very kind and professional, and overall it was an excellent experience. Having Ylenia take care of our dinners made our stay in Sardinia truly enjoyable.
